The cozy patio was a nice touch, while the cramped room was a letdown.

Prime location near popular spots, making exploration easy. Cozy patio provided a nice touch for outdoor enjoyment when unwinding after a day out.
Rooms felt dated, with décor looking nothing like the online photos. Issues with air conditioning made it tough to keep comfortable in the warmer days. There weren’t enough electrical outlets available—one of ours was even dangling from the wall. Breakfast was pretty basic, just bread, butter, and jam, so not much to write home about, and the shared kitchen setup felt cramped. Lack of coat hooks or drawers made unpacking a hassle. everything ended up in bags on the floor, and noisy street sounds often interrupted sleep. The blackout blind fell down repeatedly, letting in too much light from the street, which didn’t help with the whole cozy vibe.

Loved the homemade sweet loaves of bread each day.
Parts of the hotel looked rather tatty, eg some threadbare bits in the carpet.

Location fantastic, close to the subway and nearby eateries. Room really small, not ideal for families. Breakfast options limited but complimentary homemade items nice touch. Getting up five flights of stairs was a workout. Friendly staff provided great service throughout our stay.

Had a great night with comfy beds and a nice fridge stocked with water. It was nice to unwind in the cozy TV lounge after a busy day out. Just wish the breakfast options were a bit more varied, but overall it was a solid stay! 😊

I absolutely adored the charming decor, featuring delightful movie posters that added a unique character. The cozy patio provided a perfect place to relax, and the staff was very accommodating and attentive to all my needs.
More comfortable seating options for relaxation would help.

The room had a charming decor, but the bathroom fell short, showing signs of mold, and the promised complimentary breakfast rarely happened during our stay. I wouldn't choose this place again.

The location was perfect for our family with access to the subway and the High Line just a short walk away. We really enjoyed visiting nearby art galleries and catching a fantastic off-Broadway show. The rooms were clean and the beds, surprisingly comfortable, made for great evenings.
My wife says that sharing a common area for breakfast was less than ideal for a family. A private breakfast area would be a fantastic improvement.

We loved exploring 5th Avenue and catching a show at Madison Square Garden. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the subway. The rooms are clean and the staff is super friendly. The breakfast area is cozy, and we appreciated the little kitchen for late-night snacks. Totally recommend it for a fun trip.
One downside was the plastic cover on the mattress. it made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. It can get kind of sweaty at night, so that was a bummer.
